ISHIMOでは、個人のお客様から企業様、お寺・神社様まで、
用途やご希望に合わせた石製品のオーダーメイド制作を承っております。
大理石や御影石など、石種を問わず、国内外から適切な石材をご提案します。

ご依頼のながれ

1. お問い合わせ

まずはお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。

• サイズやデザインのイメージ
• 設置場所やご用途
• ご希望の納期

など、わかる範囲でお知らせください。
イメージが固まっていなくても大丈夫です。
用途や設置環境に合わせて、石種や仕上げ方法をご提案いたします。
※参考画像や資料があれば、よりスムーズにご案内できます。

2. デザイン・お見積り

お問い合わせ内容をもとに、図面や参考イメージをご用意し、
最適なデザインをご提案いたします。
あわせて、お見積りと制作スケジュールをご案内いたします。

3. ご発注・ご入金

ご提案内容にご納得いただいた後、正式なご発注となります。
制作開始にあたり、内金（または全額）のお支払いをお願いしております。
※お支払い条件は内容に応じて個別にご案内いたします。お振込みにてお支払いをお願い致します。

4. 製作

石材の選定から加工・仕上げまで、一貫して行います。
サイズや数量、加工内容によって納期は異なります。
大型製品や細かな彫刻の場合、数ヶ月〜半年以上かかることもございます。
工場の混み具合によっても納期が異なるので、都度ご提案させていただきます。

5. 納品（設置）

ご指定の場所へお届けいたします。

• 30kgまで：通常配送
• 重量物：特別梱包・チャーター便などで対応

フォークリフトがあるとスムーズですが、ない場合もご相談ください。
海外発送や、設置・施工までの対応も可能です。

At ISHIMO, we accept custom-made stone product orders tailored to your needs and preferences, from individual customers to companies, temples, and shrines.
We propose suitable stone materials from both domestic and international sources, regardless of type, including marble and granite.
Even if you’re just wondering, “Can something like this be made?”, feel free to reach out.

Order Process

1. Inquiry

Please contact us via the inquiry form first.

• Image of size and design
• Installation location and purpose
• Desired delivery date

Please let us know as much as you can.
Even if your idea is not fully formed, that’s perfectly fine.
We will propose suitable stone types and finishing methods based on the intended use and installation environment.
*Providing reference images or materials will help us assist you more smoothly.

2. Design & Quotation

Based on your inquiry, we will prepare drawings or reference images
and propose the most suitable design.
We will also provide a quotation and production schedule.

3. Order & Payment

Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we will proceed with the official order.
To begin production, we kindly ask for a deposit (or full payment).
*Payment terms will be provided individually depending on the project. Please make payment via bank transfer.

4. Production

We handle everything from stone selection to processing and finishing.
Lead time varies depending on size, quantity, and processing details.
For large products or intricate carvings, it may take several months to over half a year.
Delivery time may also vary depending on factory workload, so we will inform you accordingly.

5. Delivery (Installation)

We will deliver to your specified location.

• Up to 30kg: Standard shipping
• Heavy items: Special packaging or chartered shipping

Having a forklift will make the process smoother, but please consult us even if you don’t have one.
We can also accommodate international shipping and installation/construction services.
