玉手型（たまてがた）は丸みのあるフォルムが特徴の灯篭です。シンプルでお庭に取り入れやすく、長年愛されてきた人気の形です。笠と火袋と台の3部材で構成されています。
国産みかげ石の代表格、茨城県産真壁石を使用
真壁石は、茨城県桜井市真壁地区で採石される花崗岩（白御影石）です。赤坂離宮にも使用されている石材で、関東地区を中心に、国産みかげの代表として知られています。真壁石の特徴は、経年による変色が少ないこと。吸水率は低くはありませんが、水はけが良く、美しい石目が長年お楽しみいただけます。全く変化しないわけではなく、時代とともに重厚感が増し、使うほどに味が出てくるのも、真壁石の魅力です。

Tamate-gata is a lantern characterized by its rounded form. It's a popular shape that has been cherished for many years, simple and easy to incorporate into gardens. It is composed of three parts: the top (Kasa), the lantern body (Hibukuro), and the base (Dai).
Using Ibaraki Stone, Domestically Produced Granite
Makabe stone is a granite mined in the Makabe area of Sakuragawa City, Ibaraki Prefecture. It is a stone material used even in the Akasaka Palace and is known as a representative of Mikage stones, primarily in the Kanto region. One of the characteristics of Mikage stone is its minimal discoloration over the years. Although it has a moderate water absorption rate, it has good drainage, allowing you to enjoy its beautiful stone grain for many years. While it doesn't remain completely unchanged, its dignified appearance increases over time, and its charm deepens with use.
